1. Service and operator
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and hosted analytics service operated by pvuv.ai. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
pvuv.ai provides website analytics, traffic-quality indicators and optional reporting or ad-protection features. Independently hosted copies are operated by their deployers. Open-source software licenses apply separately to the software; these terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by those licenses.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in provider account, active sessions, API tokens and share links, and for activities you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s account, sites or data. Notify the service operator if you discover unauthorized use.
Google sign-in creates an individual account based on the provider’s stable identifier. Matching email addresses do not automatically merge accounts from different sign-in providers. Administrator privileges are granted separately and do not transfer site ownership. Historical shared accounts and independently created accounts may contain different data; the service does not automatically transfer that data.
3. Your websites and data
Only register websites and collect data that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the legality of collection, the accuracy of your privacy notices, any required consent, and your handling of visitor requests. Configure analytics and any advertising integrations to comply with the rules that apply to your websites.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, sensitive personal data or information you have no right to process. Check URLs, referrers, custom events and user identifiers before sending them; these fields can inadvertently contain personal information. If you enable public sharing, you are responsible for the statistics you make accessible.
You retain your rights in data you lawfully submit. You authorize pvuv.ai and the service providers it uses to process that data as needed to provide, secure and maintain the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, credential theft, harassment or other illegal activity. Do not bypass access controls, probe other users’ data, deliberately overload the service, introduce malicious code or interfere with its integrity. Respect applicable limits and third-party rights. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly without exposing private data.
5. Statistics, automated assessments and AI
Analytics and traffic-quality results are estimates based on available signals. Browser restrictions, blocked scripts, network failures, configuration choices and automated classification can produce incomplete data or false positives. A traffic label is not proof that a person committed fraud.
Optional AI reports can contain errors and require human review. Ad-protection features do not guarantee advertising revenue, prevention of invalid traffic, or compliance with an advertising platform’s requirements. You remain responsible for your operational and advertising decisions.
6. Third-party services and availability
Sign-in providers, cloud infrastructure, configured AI providers and advertising platforms are separate services governed by their own terms. Their availability or policy changes may affect features. The Privacy Policy explains relevant data processing.
We may modify, limit or discontinue features and may suspend access to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes. No uninterrupted availability or particular performance level is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Stopping use and data retention
You can stop using the service by removing the analytics script from your websites, revoking personal tokens and signing out. Removing a sign-in provider connection alone does not delete stored analytics or account records. You may request account or data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to verification and applicable retention requirements.
Keep independent copies of data you need. The service does not promise indefinite storage, a fixed deletion date or restoration of deleted records. If paid features are offered, their applicable prices and payment terms must be disclosed separately before purchase; these terms do not by themselves authorize any charge.
8. Responsibility, changes and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be notified where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service. Questions can be raised with pvuv.ai through the project feedback page. It is public: do not post credentials, personal information or visitor records; request a private contact channel for sensitive matters.
